It is just a legal theory. It will continue to bejust a theory until it is fully litigated and determind to be unconstitutional by SCOTUS In the mean time, it is not different that the numerous other OSHA rules that govern workplace safety. In fact, it is less intrusivebecause the workers have the option of testing

I am willing to bet that many of the people who opposed the Affordable Care Act- which put a stop to those predatory practices - are the same people who are whining about the profits being made now on Covid. And Big Pharma is still largely unchecked charging exhorbitant prices for such things as insulin and cancer medications- but we are not hearing any bithching about that from your camp. It is just about the vaxx. Why the fuck is that?

Nuts. This disease could have followed Uttar Pradesh as a model in the US. Fau Chi’s vaccine lobby could not have something 1000 times cheaper showing it up. History is proving and will continue to prove that Trump was correct, hcq and ivm used a prophylaxis would have done it, but Fau’s remdesivir was also at stake and hcq and ivm would have made it look like the horse’s rear end. A fight to the death for pure prestige.
