Given Hegseth’s ranting and raving against the media, I can only assume the media is right about their initial assessment of the air strike’s damage to the Iranian nuclear program. The pilots did a fantastic job, but the question is what did the air strikes do to halt the Iranian nuclear program. That is the question, The answer seems to be not much. It is not to say there was not extensive damage around the areas and to some facilities, but, based on the preliminary information, the Iranian nuclear program was set back but not for years.

It really is remarkable, how it's apparently a requirement that every administration interview has to include an adversarial, pugilistic approach with the media.
