No American would ever need to learn another language, Spanish or otherwise, if they manage to restore their country to their former glory. People fail to see it, but when you have to learn another language, you are being conquered. At least culturally. Case in point: I am an immigrant from Asia, and when I came here, I learned English, because I had to. I submitted to the dominant culture. They dominated me.

By your logic, then, the military never should have desegregated in 1949. That was "forcing" diversity onto white soldiers who didn't want to serve with black soldiers. And I am sure there were more than a few racists who quit the military rather than deversity serve alongside blacks, or worse, have to report to one.

Desegregating the military in 1949 wasn't forcing diversity. Diversity wasn't even mentioned. What was forced was uniformity. There was one color, Army Green for everyone.
