I think that video is somewhat inconclusive. If he was hit, it wasn't much more than a brush and if he was drug it wasn't for more than a second, which IMHO is possible. But that does not mean he was in mortal danger and had to defend himself; it looks like the car was no longer a threat to him by the time he opens fire and so I think the shooting was not justified. You can see the wheels turning to the right and away from the shooter.

Your failure is assuming the position of the officer from his point of view. You attempt like other's are doing that you know exactly what was being experienced or felt by the officer with your off balanced biased assesment of various video angles, otherwise that in some case's have been altered in speed for the purpose of manipulating outcomes in various opinions.

This is easily the clearest view of the positioning of the vehicle and the shooter. At :09, she puts the vehicle in drive, you can see the tires turning to the right, and the shooting begins.

Please view this video and describe how the agent is "hit". Or, please tell me if you think Trump, Vance, Noem and MAGA are lying.

I've seen several videos of the shooting, and I do not believe the shooter's life was in danger and the shooting was not justified. He was hit by the car but once he got free he was not in mortal danger and therefore should not have shot the driver. For sure that woman deserved to be arrested and charged with several crimes; it's not like they didn't know who she was. They can always go find here later and arrest her.

Most of the time when someone says that someone was "hit" by a moving vehicle they mean that they are knocked down, dragged or worse. Her car made contact with him it appears but he put himself in her path which is against DHS policy.

And while her vehicle may have made contact with him by bumping him or physically moving him out of the way, all indications are that she was not aiming for him but instead trying to escape the situation she was in.

None of you have ever heard that it's not lawful for the police to shoot people in the back? A person who is attempting to get away from you is not posing an "imminent threat" of grievous bodily harm or death and I would wager that he shot her out of anger because she physically came in contact with him with her vehicle, ("how dare she TOUCH me, I'm a FEDERAL ICE AGENT" <eye roll>) but NOT because she was trying to run him over.

The way they carry themselves and behave towards the public, this was bound to happen. In fact, I predicted as much when Trump first started talking about wanting to do this because he has for some reason a real dislike of protestors, except for his J6 stooges (who were not protesting, at least not the right way)

But doing so would come too close to an admission the regime's policies and or personnel were at fault in the killing of Good. This regime never, ever takes responsibility for mistakes or admits guilt. It asserts infallibility.

I've seen the shooting over and over. The shooter had walked into the frame, pulled out his gun, and pointed it at her. When she started to leave, the tires were pointing right. The agent shot into the window as the vehicle passed from his right to his left, and he turned so that he could keep firing.

The shooting agent is very much blocked by agent between him and the camera.

Here is the video being shot BY the shooting agent. You cannot see what is occurring once the car starts moving, but you hear what to me sounds like a significant impact.
