China has every square inch of that site documented. We have every square inch of China documented. One isn't going to use easily tracked balloons to do something you have satellites to do. This had nothing to do with that.

Satellites cannot infiltrate/hack into communication systems parrot.
The Pentagon said this was the first balloon they have seen that had such a large payload of equipment. Like I told another parrot like you - they wasn't hacking into McDonalds Drive Thru lanes.
Who knows what they were testing. This was a very ballsy move by China that I do not believe any other President would have EVER allowed to do what Biden allowed it to do - basically anything it wanted. Including hovering for over 12 hours between two major military bases.
They may have been testing to see what kind of cyber security it had, gaining intel into what security weaknesses they may have. Etc. And our weak, senile elderly President gave them all the time in the world to test and gather intel.
The US has about 25 surveillance balloons.

The Pentagon said that Iraq had WMD also. If you had wanted to point out that the Pentagon and Defense department regularly lies to us, then I would not have countered any argument.
I have no doubt you are highly partisan.
Just like when it was pointed out Trump ran up 7.8 trillion in debt, it wasn't his fault, he would never do that.
As far as we really know, it was our balloon.

I am looking at this through 35 years of experience -I don't care if it was a Republican or Demorat who just allowed an enemy spycraft to FLOAT half way around the world, violate our sovereignty / airspace, camp out over US ICBM missile silos, collect data, cross the entire country , and let it leave before doing anything about it.
This was f*ed up - diplomatically, defensively, militarily, strategically, PR-wise...all the way around. It was handled poorly no matter who was in charge.
This administration has allowed Xi to controltge messaging, allowing HIM to make fun Of the US and go on the attack for us shooting down his nation's spycraft half way around the world over someone else's (ours) nation.
If Biden had any balls he would go on air and tell COVID-Boy to stfu, tell him we are tired of his his provocative acts, spreading his ChiCom crap - from viruses to spy balloons - all over the world, and remind him as his nation has grown more and more militaraily threatening / provocative in regards to their obvious intent to take Taiwan, actions like this one only raise tensions higher, potentially drawing us closer to conflict.
Call his bluff publicly, on the world stage, remind people this was an act of his/China's, and tell him to keep his floating ChiCom trailer trash in his country, that the next one will be shot down as soon it crosses our 12-mile buffer zone.
Won't happen,though. Biden doesn't have the balls, the cognitive abitlity, or the handlers with either to stand up to Xi / China.

The hypocrite Pompeo says the balloon would not have flown so far in trump regime. Of course he is lying.How ironic. Biden is now the one who can use the balloon thing in 2024 against Trump, who allowed even more balloons in, and didn't even shoot them down.

They made it up, on the spot to cover for Biden's malfeasance. If there had been such an incursion during Trump's term it would have been broadcast on loudspeakers.
