Isn't it ironic that the democrat party has decided to do away with it by not funding it when the US is in the midst of a war with the most radical Islamic country in the world as their country is terrorized around them?

I think what the democrats are doing is disgusting. BUT, I really haven't seen any evidence of any "sleeper cells", not yet anyway. Yes, we have had some individual nutcases who have been radicalized committing some terroristic crimes after the war started but I wouldn't classify them as being "sleeper cells".
