not at hearings or trials. where people are being prosecuted

yeah police and law enforcement investigators use it…

in this case the “committee” knew and in fact spoke to the agents in question, but instead of having them tell us what happened, they went with this hearsay…because it sounded better for their narrative, even though they knew it was untrue

the “committee” destroyed their credibility in doing that
Tell me, how do you know what their testimony was behind closed doors? You do realize that they gave closed testimony because THEY refused to testify publicly, not the other way around. I will contend that their closed session testimony confirms what Hutchinson said, and that they refuse to testify in public because some Trump thug threatened to kill their baby daughters, or something to that effect. I will further contend that they will not show up to amend their testimony and are only making the statements now because there is probably some closed circuit video feed of some Trump thug waiting outside thier daughter's private school with duct tape and a cattle prod.

Trump's days are numbered. He will die by his own hand because he is too much a coward to face the consequences of his actions. And they are coming. This committee is being quite methodical, and with over a 100 prosecutors on the staff, they will make charges stick. The justice department is being tight lipped, they will move when they know they have an open and shut case, but make no mistake about it, wire fraud is already a given. The only question now is what other charges are going to be attached to that.

I don't always believe Trump, I know that he is a cult of personality to some extent. I've said before and say again and will do so until someone proves me wrong, "you want Trump to be irrelevant? Than provide policies that Americans believe work in their and their families favour".

All of this bluster is because the Establishment and their donors do NOT want America First policies. They've been denying his mandate even before he won the election, but somehow 1/6 is all about Trump not accepting the results.

The full court press against Trump has been constant since he won, but somehow HE ran a insurrection.

I call balls and strikes as I see it. I've tried to be consistent. Trump isn't diplomatic or touchy feely. He is however, true to his word and fights like hell for his convictions. That upsets those who like to live high off of the hog and those who continue to drive America into decline.

Trump's policies were not "American First". They were neither family friendly, not were they good for the middle class. Trump's policies crashed the economy, and exacerbated your supply chain issues. Tearing up all of your trade agreements pre-pandemic, meant nothing was in place for trade post-pandemic.

Abandoning your allies, or trying to publicly denigrate them with that laughable claim that NATO "owes you billions" wasn't putting America First at all. It emboldened Putin to believe that he could invade the Ukraine with impunity because NATO is finished, and Americans wanted out of NATO.

The off-shoring of manufacturing continued unabated, and the manufacturing sector was in a recession BEFORE the pandemic hit. The tax cuts produced NO new jobs, because the trade wars made it impossible for manufacturers to plan long term.

All of the slashing and burning of air and water regulations has made the health of Americans worse, and is leading to deaths of Americans every year. Ignoring climate change is now costing the economy billions of dollars every year in flooding and wildfires.

With all immigration, legal or otherwise, on "pause" during the pandemic, worker shortages, which began during the Obama Administration, were exacerbated by more people retiring or changing career paths after the pandemic.

The chaos and destruction of the basic government infrastructure has slowed your recovery, with the lack of trade agreements with the EU, and other major trading partners, dismantling of the immigration court systems, refugee systems, and replacing them with for profit holding pens.

Trump took over with the lowest illegal immigration in 50 years, and 2 years later had a "national emergency" at the Southern Border, after he dismantled the refugee system there, and separated children from their parents.

Everything Trump focused on "fixing" has been left in a shambles and in chaos. You're blaming Biden for supply chain issues, and people not working, instead of blaming Trump for trying to destroy the country, and nearly succeeding.

sure if someone doesn’t object

LOL

You really know nothing...

The following are not excluded by the rule against hearsay, regardless of whether the declarant is available as a witness:

(1) Present Sense Impression. A statement describing or explaining an event or condition, made while or immediately after the declarant perceived it.

(2) Excited Utterance. A statement relating to a startling event or condition, made while the declarant was under the stress of excitement that it caused.

(3) Then-Existing Mental, Emotional, or Physical Condition. A statement of the declarant’s then-existing state of mind (such as motive, intent, or plan) or emotional, sensory, or physical condition (such as mental feeling, pain, or bodily health), but not including a statement of memory or belief to prove the fact remembered or believed unless it relates to the validity or terms of the declarant’s will.

(4) Statement Made for Medical Diagnosis or Treatment. A statement that:

(A) is made for — and is reasonably pertinent to — medical diagnosis or treatment; and

(B) describes medical history; past or present symptoms or sensations; their inception; or their general cause.

(5) Recorded Recollection. A record that:

(A) is on a matter the witness once knew about but now cannot recall well enough to testify fully and accurately;

(B) was made or adopted by the witness when the matter was fresh in the witness’s memory; and

(C) accurately reflects the witness’s knowledge.

If admitted, the record may be read into evidence but may be received as an exhibit only if offered by an adverse party.

(6) Records of a Regularly Conducted Activity. A record of an act, event, condition, opinion, or diagnosis if:

that’s not hearsay…those are exceptions, therefore not hearsay

Was anything she said the truth? At this rate everything she claimed will be debunked by the end of today.

She claims she wrote a note that was actually written by a WH lawyer. This should be easy to verify.

The RW clearly started a campaign smear against her. There is a lot of good information out there on who started it and how the MAGAtards instantly reverberated every bit of it. It's how all of you roll. Just like sheep, but sheep in fear of the truth.

The next hearing and what it's about will most assuredly get attention, so get your talking points ready. I've heard it's going to nail down more than you want to hear.

Release all the J6 prisoners. Charge every member of the committee with High Crimes and Misdemeanors. This shows how far they will go to invent lies out of whole cloth, and present them to the American people as truth. This entire government is one big lie. The light just flashed onto the roaches like never before.

They are getting desperate...

Cassidy Hutchenson has done something that all those people detractors didn't do... She testified...

All those people haven't testified about this... Let them swear in and testify otherwise it just doesn't count...
The story about the SS testifying or even refuting Cassidy's testimony? There hasn't been any real person to corroborate that happening. Anonymous source?

Great post, and spot on. The trade deficit actually increased under Trump. He did nothing about illegal immigration and parts of his wall have already crumbled to dust. Every dime the middle class got from his tax cuts, and then some, were eaten up by his tariffs. Which quite frankly, never was a Republican policy. Republicans have traditionally been for free trade. The corporate tax cut savings went mostly to stock buybacks, which almost every economist worth two shits said would happen. And from every indication, Trump's reaction to Covid was to see how much money he and his cohorts could make, who cares how many people died.

The problem is, Trump is gone but he still casts a shadow over the Republican party. At this very moment, McConnell is holding hostage the USICA bill, the United States Innovation and Competition Act. It is a bipartisan bill, with bipartisan support, that will enhance the country's ability to compete with China, especially in areas of technology. Most importantly, semi-conductors. In many respects, this is a national security issue as American companies have become increasingly reliant on Chinese high-tech parts. And passing that bill would immediately provide relief from inflation.

But nope, McConnell is holding it hostage, claiming he will withdraw support for that bill if Democrats pass a budget reconciliation bill of which one of the major provisions is the lowering of prescription drug prices. It is no stretch to say that McConnell is supporting China's ability to control our supply chain rather than make prescription drugs more affordable. People with that position have no place in Congress. Hell, they have no place at the local diner eating breakfast.

Oh, you can read minds now.

Got it.
CLOWN, when Trump's Nazi goon squads were hunting for Pence & members of the HOR your hero refused to do anything & loved it as he jizzed all over himself in glee. His own Daughter pleaded with him to do something & his asseaters on Fox were texting Meadows, another Trump lackey.

Now go back & hit the books so you can get that GED.
