The ICJ later stated that res 181 was valid and legal stopping the arab LIES once and for all.

Do you want to wade through every single treaty agreed at that time so you can draw your own borders, but be aware that the borders were fluid and changed on an almost daily basis. Start with the one given above that shows the extent of the Palestinian mandates of Britain and France.

If Israel wanted to commit mass suicide they would end the occupation and be wiped out by violent bloodthirsty Palestinian terrorists. But then this is what you want to happen, just as long as you don't have to do it.

The occupation stays in place until the Palestinians stop all terrorism, violence and belligerence and agree to negotiate peace and mutual borders. That is stipulated in the Geneva conventions and the UN resolutions

But the gazan territorial waters are very small due to the larger waters of the Egyptian and Israeli on either side. These converge at a point some 6 miles from the shore line. The gazans know the rules and will flout them to see what happens, and then comp.lain about being shot. Try and be more objective and get out of this Palestinians right, Jews wrong all the time.
