This in answer to Senator Blumenthal's recitation of the most current list of things Republicans "have to" say anytime Democrats ask them to.

No. We don't have to say that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election and we won't. Not in answer to a Democrat who wants it to mean that we agree that it was the fairest, most honest and most secure election in history. We don't have to say that January 6th rioter should not be pardoned. We don't have to say that illegals aliens who traffic children and murder Americans are "migrants." We don't have to say "she" when referring to Rachel Levine, nor "they" when referring to his suitcase theif boyfriend, and we don't have to call Bruce Jenner "Tiffany" or whatever he wants us to call him.
We dont' have to say anything in exactly the way Democrats want us to say, just because they are triggered by the slightest deviation in opinion.
I work with a lot of young people who are on the autism spectrum, and one common trait when they are children is that they insist that their friends play exactly they way they want them to play. They get very vocally upset if the friend or friends wants to do it another way. So, of course, they have difficulty maintaining friendships. They make themselves hard to get along with. Then I step in and teach them social skills.
I don't hold that against them. They are neuro-atypical and they are children.
Democrats, what is your excuse?
