Magic pills are not the answer.
HONESTLY post what you eat today and it will be clear what you need to do.

Weight loss progress updates

I will post once a month a new update

136 is a good weight.

The key, more than Ozempic, was that your doctor started using a metric scale.

I was able to get down to 125, once my doc switched from imperial weights to the metric.

It was almost miraculous

Im 79 in kilos 😂
Now I gotta start gaining weight!

Before taking Ozempic, it's important to know that while it helps a lot with weight loss, there are also significant risks. Several cases have been brought to court, and I found a detailed analysis on this law firm's site about the Wegovy lawsuit that discusses potential side effects like pancreatic cancer and situations where people have started to challenge the use of this medication.

I think it’s important to weigh (ha!) the risks vs benefits for an obese person.

For example, how frequently does an Ozempic user get pancreatic cancer versus how frequently does an obese person get heart disease or cancers correlated to obesity?

Also, I just looked it up. There’s no increased risk of pancreatic cancer.

It's too early to know what long term risks might be associated with long term use of this medication. Most people who take this don't worry about long term risks to their health anyway, if they did, they wouldn't have to take this drug in the first place.

I’d say just the opposite. The people who are aware of the risks of obesity are taking steps to reduce their weight and the related risks.

That doesn’t mean people should take them to lose 20 pounds. But people like Mortimer are 100 pounds overweight, and if they can drop even half of that, their health would improve.

People truly worried about their health never got so fat in the first place.

Now all you have to do is get a shot to lose weight? Such dedication.

What happened to how liberals have compassion for people?

The important thing is they are worried about their health NOW and want to improve it. Why discourage them? I’ve been encouraging Mortimer.

These people taking the shot still have to work at it - improve their diet and exercise. It’s not a magic shot.

If you say so, if I want to lose weight, I exercise more and eat less. That's the only way I"m familiar with.

Let’s ask Mortimer:

Have you changed your lifestyle? Are you eating better? Or less in general? Are you exercising? Or are you just taking the shot?

These morbidly obese people have a metabolic dysfunction.
