You left out that it was British territory to give, it didn't belong to any 'palestinians', not to mention the hundreds of thousands of Jews that were forced out of the area prior and their land confiscated by arabs. As well as a war that was fought, instigated by the arabs and they lost.

1) The Arabs were also on the side of Hitler, happy to see the Jews be killed and their land stolen.

2) Many of the Arab owners were PAID for their land - and a lot more than it was worth.

3) Many of the Arabs crying that they were driven from their homes were tenants. This is a big reason I don’t want to rent a condo in my old age - the owner can sell, and then I’d be drive out.
