China so far supplies this vital mineral to the USA and now Canada can provide it. It was located on Newfoundland where I have been two times. Honestly I can't recommend going there. I may be harsh since the times I was there, we flew in, in the fall once and the winter the next time. Air Force guys wanted to escape from there we learned at the first air force base.
