That admits it? No.
They will rarely if ever say “illegal alien who commit crime should not be deported.“ they fall back on the way it’s done.
Or they will say something vague, like yes a person who commits crimes should be dealt with, should have a consequence, should be locked up, but they will not say should be should be deported.
I believe that they do oppose sending illegal aliens away, who commit crimes. They believe that as soon as an illegal alien gets into this country, they should be allowed to stay no matter what. Even if they are locked up for life and prison, they should stay in an American prison.
But getting them to openly say that is like pulling teeth. That is, I believe the reason the original poster’s question. Trying to pin them down on their position.
I doubt seriously that it will work. Many political goals rely on never openly stating them, so that they can be implemented.
For purposes of this specific question, no. In actual reality yes of course they are criminals. If a person is discovered to be in the country illegally while ice is arresting and deporting an illegal alien who has committed crimes, that is bad luck for them. But it is not an injustice.
But my question is what is the objection to sending illegal aliens who commit crimes away?
Also, what is the objection to deporting someone who has a final order of removal question?
