Our Commander in Chief spoke to military leadership.

Trump will issue blanket pardons to his entire crew. The attorneys are a different story when they have to justify their actions to a state BAR.

Ask Rudy how that worked out for him.
Blanket pardons don't work. A pardon has to be for a specific crime of which whoever accepts the pardon is admitting to that crime by default.

Trump's problem is he is now in a seriously advancing state of dementia. In another 3 years, he won't have the mental capacity to even remember who he's pardoning, or why.

Anyone who successfully recieves a pardon is also only covered under federal statutes, not state laws, of which several will have committed, especially ICE, and DHS agents that will find themselves with felony state warrants for their arrests, which effectively ends their law enforcement careers, or puts them on hold at the very least and causes them financial problems they may or may not be able to recover from.

Any military officer, or NCO that conducts an illegal order under UCMJ laws, that may receive a pardon, will also be the end of their military careers, so they better have a safe civilian gig lined up.

All of them will be pariahs in their communities and in the public eye of which there will never be any escape.

So let all of the tough monkeys with alligators mouths here at usmb talk tough now. Remember how all of the tough talking Jan 6 monkeys talked before they ended up crying like the little bitches they turned out being once they got in front of those judges for sentencing?

Yeah

No, that is what you said on your knees in front of the podium today....while mentally ill Trump gave that deranged speech today.
nope i didnt say that you did...go see a Urologist....they can help you....they can get you these little pills that will make your limp pecker....strong like bull....

gee who does that remind you of?...

You just contradicted yourself. If the laws require Congressional authority, then Trump does not have the legal right to change them.
the CIC not only has the authority but it is his duty to protect federal agents and innocent law abiding citizens from blue haired leftwing terrorists ..

Yep. What do these generals do if they're given an order by the CIC to shoot protestors? Or a guy holding a mean sign? Is that constitutional?

I'll guarantee they've all thought about what they would do in such a situation. They have to decide what's right, right on the spot.
Actually it will be Lts on site. The generals are insulated.

odanny

Here is the link.. show us Trump issued an illegal, unconstitutional command?
give us the time stamps of him saying it

Thats what Mussolini said.

Lets learn about mussolini and compare/contrast

The Road to Dictatorship

  • Mussolini built fascism into a movement, complete with a paramilitary force: the blackshirts. Thirty thousand blackshirts marched on Rome in 1922, seizing government buildings and train stations along the way.
  • Already a member of parliament, Mussolini demanded to be made prime minister—and Italy’s king capitulated. Once in power, Mussolini began a systematic effort to weaken the country’s fragile democracy.
  • A former journalist, Mussolini was a gifted writer with an instinct for playing on people’s dreams and fears. He connected with the public at mass rallies—and through the power of a new technology, radio.

Dig Deeper: Mussolini and the Jews of Italy

Under pressure from Hitler, Mussolini deported thousands of Jews to concentration camps. But years earlier, Mussolini’s regime was already passing anti-Semitic laws.

As you can see what mussolini did, you also see that trump did none of what mussolini did so you're just parroting radical lib lies and propaganda.

By having every one of them right there, they cannot later claim that they didn't understand what was presented to them.

As for traveling 8000 miles, this is the correct chain of Command. They are accountable to the SecDef, and he's letting them know it.

There will be no ambiguity.
And he’s an idiot

No. They are all looking around knowing that 20% of the Generals and Admirals in the room are getting fired. They are looking back at their performance and privately asking themselves if they are one of them.
No one gets fired for "performance", they only get fired for not showing enough loyalty. Everyone knows this by now, probably even you.

100% The man is nuts. Rambled on and on. There is something wrong with the man. It was in incoherent and he bragged about ending wars, ranted about the Nobel Peace Prize, and even mentioned nuclear submarines and Russia.

If Biden or any other president gave a speech like this he or she would be out of office by the end of the day.

But biden did, except he wasnt talking about military generals, he was talking about american citizens.

"During his remarks, Hegseth, a former Fox News personality who served as an officer in the National Guard at times, lectured the men and women — each with decades more military experience — seated silently before him. "

The morons at WaPo should look at the careers of our past Sec Defs. Austin and Mattis were the exception not the rule. Hegseth regardless of whether he is a good or bad Sec Def has similar military experience as the vast majority of past Sec Def's In fact he has more than most.

Bone spurs and a sauced up reservist talking head lecturing people who have actually been in wars on how to be a tough soldier. Nothing funnier than that.
You do know Hegseth was in Iraq and Afghanistan right?

So ******* what? Should I be impressed he made coffee for his superiors? I'm glad he got his ribbon.

Good for him, he is in over his head, and has no command experience, but good for him.
