Whst was he supposed to do? I do not believe Mr Cruz is a certified electrician or line worker. In fact, I don’t believe he has ANY training relative to electric utility restoration. I do. There is nothing he could have done to help with the outages.

The Federal Government has no legitimate power relative to an ongoing natural disaster, so Mr Cruz’selected position would not give him any ability to change anything.
