I have posted 4 or 5 links about his threats to Russia and OPEC. The ppb was headed south which would hurt domestic producers because they can't compete.

Trump forced OPEC and Russia to cut production in order for US oil companies to maintain their higher price. Papa Bush did the same thing in the 1980s to prop up domestic producers who were going broke.
