Trump is looking to revive the Keystone XL oil pipeline on his first day

Here a clue.............

Kuwait population- 5 million.
UAE population- 9.5 million.
Saudi population- 9.6 million.
Canada population- 37.6 million.
Russia population 144 million.

US population- 330 million.

It's a pity I have to explain it to you, but the reason to look at production commodities on a per capita basis, is precisely because of the large population differences.

The same would apply to food production, or any other commodity - a nation with larger population needs to produce more the commodity to supply its larger population.

Thus, my point in Post 116 was excellent, even though you, Jarlaxle (and JoeB131 below) missed it.

As I stated, we have the capacity to do better, and we will.

That's a misleading graph, as the other oil producing countries are sparsely populated.

despite all your whining about Biden being against big Oil (like that's a bad thing), the US is currently the world's largest producer of oil.

Nuclear war. People starving all around the world. Child sex trafficking. I don't know, driving five over the speed limit? There are many things more pressing than this climate change hoax.

we've lived under the threat of "nuclear war" for as long as I've been alive. Probably less chance of it happening now than in the 1980's.

It's cute when you pretend you care about starving people around the world. Of course you ignore the fact that the reason why this is happening is because of climate change.

Child Sex Trafficking- another right wing fantasy.

Look, guy, the thing is, the world is getting warmer and humans are responsible for it. The problem is, of course, to change that, you might have to change your lifestyle.

And we have been living under the threat of climate change(cooling, then warming) for 40+ years.

Sure, people weren’t starving in Africa before.

Misinformation.

Yeah, it is happening. Just because MSNBC hides this information from you doesn’t mean it isn’t occurring.

Tell that to your Hollywood buddies and other ultra wealthy who jet set around the world on a whim and live in mansions that are hardly energy efficient.

You guys talk a big game, but just like with the uproar from the left on the SALT cap Trump proposed in his first term, when you are forced to face the consequences of your idealistic, adolescent rants your tune changes really quickly. Its good for thee, but not for me should be the new tag line of the Democratic Party.

Except not really. One article predicting an ice age in the 1970's was not where the majority of scientists were.

Things HAVE gotten worse in the last 40 years. Droughts in the Amazon, melting icecaps, etc.

Sure, people weren’t starving in Africa before.

Oh, I'm sure they were, but that was before the Green Revolution increased crop yeilds.

I don't have "Hollywood Buddies" and I don't think anyone should live in a mansion.

Nonsense. The countries with huge production per capita are that way because oil is their only real industry. They have NOTHING ELSE. Anyone HONEST would admit this.
