One year after the tariffs were implemented where are we? Did it achieve any of its objectives?
The answer is no. Even before the Supreme Court rightly ruled Trump doesn't have the authority to do what he did the results were terrible:

- 90,000 fewer manufacturing jobs
- 120,000 fewer transportation and warehouse jobs
- $25B increase in trade deficit
- $175B in lawsuits pending for Tarif refunds accruing $700M per month in interest
- Manufacturing Construction is in freefall -14%
