One Of Trump's Unconstitutional EOs Is Being Raked Over the Coals By SCOTUS Tomorrow

Actually, this post reminded me of something about lefties. It seems that lefties are constantly re-inventing the English language (in a bad way). They would come up with a new word, to replace an existing old word which they thought was offensive, and when the new word started being offensive, too, they had to come up with another new one. They just don't seem to realize that it doesn't matter how they try to dress something up differently, if that something is fundamentally, inherently bad, then any new words that you try hard to invent, will take on the same stink. Sadly lefties are oblivious to this.
Anchor babies are neither offensive nor inoffensive. It is simply an accurately descriptive term for a situation that certainly exists.

But you're right that the left is constantly rewriting the English language to match what THEY decide is politically correct. I want us to return to a culture in which they ill no longer have any power to do that.

Personally, I just say exactly what I want to say. And if they get offended and start to correct me, I double-down and say it some more, and louder, too. Pretty soon they start to realize how little power they actually have. I love it.

That pushback should happen. Not violence, not destruction.

So when SCOTUS hears something that deals with a constitutional amendment, all of the case law that supports the current interpretation of the amendment is irrelevant? I'm asking if they take it into consideration at all?
A constitutional amendment is not heard by the Supreme Court. It can only be amended by a vote of 2/3rds of the states. Only when and if that is done, it is part of the constitution.

...
It is NOT "an accurately descriptive term" because the situation does NOT exist.

Is it really your argument that having a US citizen child doesn’t reduce the chances of an illegal immigrant being deported?

That's a fact. As I said, I personally know many families separated in this manner.
