One Of Trump's Unconstitutional EOs Is Being Raked Over the Coals By SCOTUS Tomorrow

I'm not sure that the goal is simply to obtain citizenship. There is still a process involved in gaining citizenship for themselves and it can be quite lengthy but my understanding is that this is true for those who go through the process legally so there is no advantage to be gained on THAT front for doing it this way.

I believe the actual reason they do it is to gain access to the benefits that go along with having a child and not being able to support it. The government will pay for food, housing and other benefits to the parent of the child so I believe that THIS is the true motivation for doing this.

Today you're penniless, tomorrow your needs are being taken care of.

No, the government does not do this. The benefits an illegal can receive is very limited. The government does NOT provide housing to someone here illegally, child or not.

Are they a "person"? Are their children born here persons? I say, yes. And that means yes, their children are citizens upon birth.
Based on what though. That is the actual question. You can't govern via emotions and "feel good".

It is. Been covered 5000 times. There is no such thing as an anchor baby.

No amount of pointing that out is going to stop you.

Next time you want to make crap up, just let my dismissal of your post go.
What do you think that term means?

Already addressed.
That's fine but Im not wading through 7 more pages.

There are "anchor babies" Our national policy has 100% been we wont deport the parent of a child who is a citizen. "Birth right" citizenship allows a person who is illegally in the US to create a situation where they are immune to deportation because they had a child on US soil. People seeking to illegally immigrate to the US are well aware of that policy.

And I'm not repeating myself for everyone that wades in late.

100% wrong. We have always done it.

Trump has put on a lot of theater for the rubes.

A lot.

One of those performances is EO 14160.

To satisfy the large crowd of bigots in the MAGA ranks, Trump signed an Executive Order on the proverbial Day One of his administration which unconstitutionally violated the 14th Amendment. Having never read the Constitution due to its big words, Trump thought he could get away with it.

So far, every court up the chain of command has slapped Trump's, Nazi Stephen Miller's, and third stringer traitor John Eastman's pointy heads down, and tomorrow the Supreme Court will do the same.

Enter your predictions here for what the score will be when the EO is struck down.

I predict 9-0 against the illegal, unconstitutional, bigoted, hateful EO.

You can listen to the sure-to-be-hilarious arguments tomorrow here:

What does the EO say?

Perfectly put

Thank You.

I didn't know that the government did that. But I suppose it makes sense, the baby is technically American, her needs need to be taken care of.

My understanding is that illegals have a child on American soil, because they know that this now means they won't be deported back, because white people would not separate a child from her parents like that. White people are soft like that, illegals have been told this when they were still in Mexico. By the various CIA agents covertly working in their country, I bet.

Always done what? Deport illegal immigrant parents of children who are US citizens? No we have not.

We have long deported illegals with kids born here. I posted examples earlier but I understand, you can't be bothered.

That is the exception though not the rule. The term anchor baby didn't manifest out of thin air. Do think it's just a coincidence that women who are deep in their pregnancy are risking their lives as well of the lives of their unborn children to illegally cross the US/Mexican border? Get out of fantasy world.

The rule is to allow them to stay because we want them here working.

They stay because business wants them to stay, not because they have kids.

Do you still believe the companies that manufactured the voting machines stole the election?

Cool so you'll have no issue with the SCOTUS if they rule that the 14th amendment does not give children of illegal immigrants citizenship then? Since that has no bearing on them or their parents getting deported.

And for the record “anchor baby” is a term made “popular” by Fox Noise and Newsmax in the early 2000s

15th post

A completely different topic. One has nothing to do with the other. They are citizens. The country can despite that, still deport their parents.

I bet the big black guy will rule for Trump, they both love to be bribed.
