One in five children is on food stamps, more than before the recession

Stagnating wages and keeping taxes right where they are doesnt help.

Cut taxes.
Cut asinine spending.
Grow economy.

Can't agree with cutting taxes.

Too much debt, time to cut spending AND to end ALL Bush tax cuts, and place a surcharge on all taxpayers, dedicated to debt reduction.

The renewed confidence in government would stimulate the economy.

You mean a surcharge dedicated to debt reduction?

Cuz a surcharge dedicated to tax reduction sounds an oxy moron

Would you rather they were starving on the street? This is why we need jobs for their parents! Infrastructure jobs, science jobs and jobs within r&d!!! Add on top of this a pro-American policy towards small business...Well, you got a winner that could decrease the use of food stamps.

Of course, I expect you to lower taxes for the 1% and make the problem worse.

Majority of people on stamps have a job.

But keep making those arguments on why we shouldnt raise wages....thats a good way to keep crying about the results of low wages...increased govt benes.

Defend WalMart...they need all of us to pick up the slack

Yes cut taxes on the middle class
NO, let's not cut spending on infrastructure, science or r&d! Certainly, we should consider what is the real cause of the debt. Anyone that looks for real information already knows infrastructure, science or r&d spending isn't the cause of the debt. Not that you care as you care about your billionaires far more than the middle class.
How do you grow an economy without roads, brains and innovation??? You do this with competition and you get competition when you have a favorable environment for the little guy to open up his shop.

It's the shame of a nation. In what was once the wealthiest nation on Earth, we now have extreme poverty, homelessness, a falling standard of living, not enough jobs to meet the demand, astronomical and rising debt, and a very uncertain future for generations to come. Not only do we have many children living in poverty, many of our Vets are living in poverty also. You can thank "The Washington Brotherhood" for almost 60 years of "The Selling of America".

Yep, the little guy needs a reason to work and the right isn't giving it to them. Time to raise the minimum wage to 9.50 per hour nationally.

Fuck the middle class.

They elected the fuckers that put us in this debt.

WTF is sacred about the mooing herd called the middle class?

Time they paid for the domestic tranquillity they have received on borrowed money.

And, borrowed time.

Well it's not like these kids will really benefit from an education. Might as well get something out of them in taxes, and at least they'd be off food stamps. (sarcasm)

I blame the middle class, for electing these idiots and not watching what they were doing.
