I didnt criticize it, i dont go around thinking about it. As far as my son quitting, his employer was awful and had no right to demand he attend that meeting at the ladt minute. It was good he quit, hes much happier now. I was never so proud of him. If one is being abused and mistreated one needs to walk away.

Stop talking about what others are doing. America ended slavery on paper, but still practiced it for another 80 years by using laws and the courts. Although the Civil Rights Act was passed, there are whites still today who refuse to respect those laws, and right now, some are working to erase them.

Modern racism is primarily done online on social media. Modern racists will not express openly racist views.

The idea that YOU think you know what other people are thinking, than they do themselves. You dont get to decide someone else's motives when they say something.

They believe racism is over and that racism is a thing of the past.

Racism isn't over, but we've come a long way from where we were in the past. Ive even stated that there is still a lot of work to do in combating racism.

Modern racism happens like this:

There may be reasons for this beyond racism. For starters, if a white person approached you, or someone who thinks like you, im sure that would be awkward for them. If you openly express the views you do here, im your public life, I would imagine a lot of white people would want to not want to have meaningful contact with you.

I mean, if someone goes out of their way to not associate with black people, but that they dont have contact with many black people isn't inherently a sign of racism.

what would be the point of discrimination. Black people are people too. Now, if you wear your views on your sleeve, I could see someone treating you different, not because of the color of your skin, but because of how you view the world.
