I dont know of anyone who supports our government "structuring" black history in any way. The only thing ive seen is pushback on CRT and things like that, that tries to teach our students that white people are inherently bad.

The Smithsonian is way too woke.

Remember when they had a “Traits of Whiteness” exhibit? It listed all sorts of positive traits - speaking properly, working hard, being polite, meeting schedules, etc., etc., - as if they were BAD things! It’s almost like they took every trait that leads to success and tried to convince blacks to avoid them!

As far as the slavery issue, it’s probably due to the overemphasis by leftists on the topic, along with how bad our country is. It’s part of the anti-American Left’s goal to get people to hate our country so they can tear it down.

SOME coverage of slavery is appropriate. But it shouldn’t overtake all the wonderful things about America that has led our country to being so exceptional.

Time to instill a sense of pride and appreciation in our young people for being born here.
