you don't think OK's law is incrementalism? They want to force the Sup Ct to issue an opinion. And if the Sup Ct overturned the law, they'd demand senators only confirm Justices who'd vote to uphold the law. That's how McConnell got to deprive Garland of a vote. We have a new litmus test: only judges who will vote to overturn Roe will be confirmed so long as the gop has 51 votes. The theocrats just want to move the litmus test totally outlawing abortion at least in individ states ... for now.

Here is the fact on Abortion: It is a wedge issue, as is the gun issue. Both are tools which end lives. Yet those who whine about unborn human beings reject any effort to pass gun controls while abortions are legal under R v. W and have legal controls.

The difference of course that firearms are a protected right in the US Constitution. The Constitution mentions nothing about abortions, just like there is no clause in it such as Church and State.

It was the Democrats who demanded that Government have a role in the unwanted pregnancy, prior to RVW, Law enforcement would simply do it's job.
