Oklahoma Passes Bill Banning ALL Abortions - No Rape Exceptions - 10 years in Prison for Performing one

Would a sinless soul be in any danger of condemnation? Where would it go upon demise of its body?

The legislation bans all abortions except in the case of medical emergencies, and makes performing an abortion a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.

Women in Oklahoma must now keep their rape baby as an eternal reminder of what happened to them - the only exception is a medical emergency.

Thoughts?!
Define “women”

Been happening before that. They stop us truck drivers just to check out our vehicle and paperwork.
Carrying out commerce, making one's living on citizen made thoroughfares is not the same as simple freedom of movement.

Well, MADD got unconstitutional random stops made 'legal'.
Sure. Not saying it won't happen. But it makes the intrusive nature of what they want that much more clear.

How would the state deal with abortions if they couldn't use regulation of doctors as a wedge? Would women be required to register with the state so that the status of their womb could be monitored? Would the state require an investigation into any miscarriage? Seems like a real can of worms. Statists will love it, but it's going to create a real mess.

How come if a drunk driver kills a pregnant lady it’s considered a double homicide even if the lady is only one day pregnant?
Because it's a fake legal wedge pursued so you could ask that very question.

Techno gobbledegook on streoids.A Fetus is considered Human Life at the
Moment of Conception.Tha Catholic Church goes one better.
At the moment of conception it is a Person.
Because a Human being is not an animal.

Religious nonsense. Millions of viable Human Zygotes get flushed out every year because they never implant in the mothers womb. Because human beings are animals.

Bonus charges FYI, They can tack that on even if she was on her way to have an abortion when the crime was committed.

They could modify the law to go after the women. Then neighbors, friends, and enemies could get a bonus to rat them out.

They've been relatively open about the intent of these laws. They used the powerful emotions involved provoke by the death of a pregnant woman to shoehorn in precedent for the "personhood" of a fetus. Legal sleight of hand to confuse the unwary.

And, of course, if the woman had performed an abortion at home, she would certainly have gotten rid of any evidence, so accusation alone would have to suffice as prosecutorial evidence. Thus, the neighborhood could go directly from apprehension to punishment, perhaps see if she floated in water.

Son, you have a future in Oklahoma politics!

Actually 19 states allow first cousin marriages.

I did not look at that page. I have trouble with verbiage on the first page I post with crap like degrees of consanguinity. So, I didn't know that. One thing for sure though, Rhode Island is definitely where the majority of the brother f#ckers in the United States are, and it is deep in Yankee territory, not down in the southern lands of hillbilly Bob, contrary to popular notion, north of the Mason Dixon Line.
