Okay, This Is My FINAL Attempt to Try and Restore Peace On This Message Board In Regards to Trump Views

For I have absolutely no idea why, but many of you on here have gone freaking nuts with defending him no matter what he does. Just so you guys know, the Jesus meme I'm not upset about as much as I'm upset about apparently Republicans/Trump supporters are no longer allowed to agree to disagree anymore.

I have stated many, many, MANY times on here since I've been back here that I think that Trump is a GREAT president, but the second I point out that he's not perfect and he has flaws it's a dog eat dog world.

Does Trump think that he's the Messiah? I don't know, but he sure acts like it and acts like he's better than everybody else. It might have possibly been a bad joke, I don't know, but again that's NOT what has been bugging me as much as the Trump can do no wrong crowd and if you criticize him you have TDS. Please wake up people and look at yourselves.

You have it right. Trump is a great President. That's all that matters. I don't care about anything else.

I've been making sense the whole time.

Trump obviously has something to hide....or he would not have been fighting the release of the Epstein files for the past year.

The problem was that you were saying that he did it without evidence but I have been getting suspicious about that. I really don't think that Trump is a pedophile though.

I don't care if he is or isn't. If he is guilty of this, then he has no business being anywhere near the White House. And he shouldn't be there anyway. He is unfit to be president in 1,000 different ways.

Because they want to miss it. They can't admit the truth.

That Trump isn't flawless and makes mistakes because the way people were reacting to my disagreement with him about the meme and his ego you would have thought that I announced that I was no longer a Trump supporter. It is true though of me wondering why he won't release all of the Epstein files though but I don't think that he's actually guilty of anything,.. it just looks pretty suspicious to me, but I'm sure that he has his reasons but why I don't know.

Now you're just sounding paranoid. 🙄

I missed the point?
Yes, you are.

Again, this has nothing to do about the meme and everything to do about that one little piece of criticism that anybody gives Trump and we're all at virtual war with each other.
People criticize Trump all the time. I often excoriate Trump. Sometimes he makes comments that I grit my teeth. I wonder why someone doesn't go to him and coach him on better ways of saying things. I feel that at least some of his problems are of his own making. But that is Trump. He's not changing for no one and there isn't another person to replace him within a lightyear of doing what Trump does, so I gladly take the little bit of bad along with the great deal of good.

Did you see him at the TPUSA convention just yesterday? You should have.

More to the point-- Does Trump have an ego? Surprisingly, the answer is no. That is scientific based and not mere conjecture. One has to ask oneself then why anyone even runs for office.
  • Most people run for office because their party came to them, told them they poll-test well, have a lot of support, and are a good fit and would make a leading candidate to carry the party's platform. Then once in office, they carry out the party platform and that of special interests. Few people run for office for purely altruistic reasons.
  • Most people then run for office out of ambition and avarice. They seek power and wealth and the office is a means to it.
  • But Trump is in that rare, 3rd category. The guy is filthy stinking rich, so you're not going to bribe him. He carries his own agenda and platform, not the GOP's. He gained popularity directly with the people, got the candidacy through popularity, not because the GOP asked him to run. Better yet, his platform is supported by the people, not the party. His popularity was so indomitable that his attempted assassination, two impeachments, four trials and 34 convictions still could not stop his reelection.
So why did Trump want to be president? Because he loves this country and felt he could do a much better job at running it than the career politicians before him, and he has been proving himself right. Other presidents only TALKED about closing the border for 40 years; Trump actually did it in a week. Trump has been an outcast his whole life, everyone told him he could never break into the Manhattan market, so he proved them wrong. Everyone told him the NY rink could not be completed so he finished it, on time and under budget. Everyone told him he could never beat Hillary or win office, so he did.

Trump has made his reputation on gaming the system as an outsider, proving them wrong, outperforming them; over the years, many jealous of him retaliated by damning him with faint praise, so he has learned to give himself credit where credit is due. Is it sometimes over the top? Maybe, but if that is Trump's small reward, for giving up a decade of his retirement, millions of his own dollars, attempts on his life, felony convictions for meaningless crimes, countless hours in the courtroom, having his home raided, endless litigation putting in 12-18 hour days, while showing the world he came in, did it his way and beat them at their own game and did it much better, and all he wants is credit for doing it, I say more power to him.

I don't measure a president by how he looks, dresses, eats, talks or acts, but what he actually GETS DONE.

Trump with all his warts and things is still a once-in-a-lifetime president. He will not be fully appreciated until he is gone. Someday when you've lived as long as I have and seen as many presidents and administrations, you will maybe understand.

The point here CK isn't that you can't criticize Trump, Trump is human and leave lots to criticize. If he couldn't be criticized, he would be perfect. So there is no war here over the the criticism, you are free to love or hate Trump, either way I could care less. What people are arguing about is your insistence that people must agree with YOU, see it your way, concede your point rather than just make your point and move on, and you've now spent two whole days arguing about nothing else across three different threads trying to ram your view down other people's throats frustrated that more don't agree with you! In fact, it is the only reason why you came back to see if not more people were incensed as you are over some stupid Trump Saving America poster.

Trust me, we get it. The poster wasn't in the best of taste, Trump posting it wasn't his brightest idea. Maybe he was just flattered by it and wanted to show it off. Not all ideas are good ones. No matter, there is a war going on to complete and an important election to win this Fall.

That's pathetic sanctimonious bullshit. Nothing but virtue signaling.

In case you haven't noticed, nobody is buying that schtick.
Trump doesn't always talk nice. Smart people voted for Trump partially because of that attribute. We were sick and tired of all the 'nice,' 'woke,' talk that by our DC representatives started spouting.

America is a country of individuals that are free to speak their minds. It takes strength and bravery to live like that and our Founders knew it because they lived it. A lot of us voted for an end to the saccharin-niceness that has morphed into wokeness and has done nothing but caused weakness and a kind of 'cuckness' in DC.

Trump is, IMO, a strong wokness disinfectant and a return to America's more alpha-male style. The current matriarchy doesn't like him. Just look at Pelosi's seething hatred of the man, not to mention the turbin-headed squad.

You don't have to agree with me and I agree everything with you said about the Trump except for the fact that he has an enormous ego.

We know what you phony Trump people are up to. Attack Trump every day since 2015, no matter the issue. Trying to weaken any mushy-brained unsure Trump supporters. You are working for the enemy. You clowns attack over nothing, over non-issues or fake news. Like the fake 35 yr old rape story out if the blue or the phony impeachments, even on J6 (a setup, entrapment). Attack everyday because big media telks you to? You got people shooting at him or killing Kirk. Yet you keep doing it over a silly cartoon Pic. I'll fight you back everyday.

I have found only three legitimate things Trump could be chastised for. Making fun of a rotten reporter (turns out to be disabled), telling dirty Juan McStain "I like those non-captured" and "end civilization in Iran". But unafraid on camera every day 24-7 fighting for America 3 mistakes is not too bad?

SHUP you filthy scum, he is better than any other. We are getting results and he is doing it mostly all alone AGAIN!!! Imagine if you actually gave support at 100 million legitimate votes!

One of my Facebook acquaintances unfriended me yesterday because I wasn't offended by the Jesus cartoon. I said "people are being shot every day in our cities and no one gets upset, but you want me to get upset because of a cartoon. I think it's funny. He told me he could not be my friend if I thought it was funny.

Trump doesn't always talk nice. Smart people voted for Trump partially because of that attribute.

As did I, but still there are times when he does get out of line. Not just the meme thing but his Truth Social posts sometimes get out of control and posting that one thing about Iran wasn't really appropriate on Easter/Resurrection Sunday in my opinion and he could have waited a day or two to say that,... BUT having said all of that Paula White isn't really helping him and his ego either and she should be fired. No doubt whatsoever about that.

Bullseye. We are Americans. We're free and we don't give a damn what you think.
