In Liberal minds, rent free.
His SCOTUS list sold me.

Skeptics may say that he is just saying whatever he needs to to get elected, and I would have a difficult time arguing that, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

The SCOTUS is the important issue this election.....that and keeping the criminal Hillary out of the White House.

Guaranteed, if you asked that buffoon in person to name the 11 on "his list" off the top of his head he wouldn't be able to name one of them, because he didn't put that list together and has no idea who they are.

Meh, I don't care. I know that he consulted with conservative leaders to come up with the list and that is what is important. They are all fine choices. He only has to get the name right when he appoints that person.

I don't think we can judge any SCOTUS pick until they are seated and make some rulings. I thought Roberts was a good pick and he turns out to be probably the worst justice in my lifetime. No matter who is picked they will never fill Scalia's shoes... he is one of the 5 greatest justices of all time.

I'm not on board with Trump yet.... can't get there this way. As long as he runs from Conservatism and his antagonistic hoard of fanatical supporters continue to denigrate me and insult my intelligence... it's just not likely going to happen. I hate that... really, I do! I honestly and truly WANT to be able to vote for Trump. It's kind of pathetic because it wouldn't take a lot to get me on board. Just stop the slobbering all over liberals and repeating liberal memes left and right and start talking about sound Conservative principles again... you know, like when you first started out?

We're still a little over 5 months away from the election and there will still be some debates and opportunities for Trump to turn things around but I think he is doing irreparable damage right now. He continues to push more and more Conservatives OUT of the Big Tent and they won't be able to vote for him under ANY circumstance, including the threat of a Hillary presidency.

Yeah because the alternative; Hillary, is too horrible to even consider.

Hmmm.. that's interesting because looking objectively at Hillary's record of statements and the positions that she has taken throughout her time in the public spotlight versus Trumps past statements and positions that he has taken throughout his time in the public spotlight, it would appear that Hillary is to the right of Trump on many issues.

Not that I would recommend anybody vote for either of these two miscreants, just that Hillary's past indicates she's more inline with conservatives on issues like foreign policy, national defense and even (as counter-intuitive as it sounds) government spending. Hillary is a liar, cheat and thief but she has been more consistent over the long term than Trump has on the positions she's taken.

At the end of the day it's pretty clear that Trump is nothing but a populist demagogue that will say whatever his target audience wants to hear and doesn't operate on any sort of philosophical principles and aren't conservatives all about principles? What are conservatives going to do if/when Trump gets elected and then proceeds to break each and every "promise" he made during the run up to the election? He's already started back tracking on the positions he took during the GOP primary elections and since he hasn't demonstrated any adherence to principle why would any conservative trust him on ANYTHING he promises?

Understood but he went to conservatives and he got this list from them. That is certainly not pushing conservatives put, it is an attempt to bring them in. He will have to do more if he is to get the hold outs like you, I understand that.

Concider that the GOP has not put up a conservative since Reagan, so if you gauge Trump by the candidates since Reagan, it would be more fair. Trump is not a conservative, I'm not saying he is, but some of us concider the SCOTUS pick to be the most important thing this cycle. True, Roberts betrayed his duty but that is always a risk no matter who is doing the choosing.

Wow! All I can say to that is that your distaste for Trump has, unbalanced you.

Can you be more specific? Where specifically is Hillary to the right? And how are you defining the right? Which promise has Trump broken? You made a lot of sweeping allegations and assumed we would all simply accept them as fact.

Do you Trumpsters understand he will submit whomever he wishes for ratification.

That person will be the left of the list he released, because he will have to get it through a Democratic Senate.

Unbalanced me? because I can recognize him for what he really is?

If you consider all the pom-pom waiving, slogan shouting, sign toting lemmings that debase themselves for these asshole politicians like they're the second coming of Christ "balanced", then yeah chalk me up under the "unbalanced" column. At least I can take comfort in the fact that I haven't abandoned my principles for the sake of joining the pathetic herd of drones that worship these crooks and won't have any problems with mirrors or looking my Children in the eyes after this disaster in the making comes to fruition.

Shut up Fakey, you suddenly have powers of prognostication? Go away and let the adults talk.
The truth bugs you, I guess. You are permitted here for the grins and chuckles you bring.

You're full of shit. You project what you want onto your enemies and proclaim victory. I don't worship anyone, it isn't about worship. We aren't electing a god, no one made that argument.
