WHY would you complain about the price of eggs, & then buy the most expensive of all the eggs they sell in the store.
Nothing wrong with buying them, But posting it, just to support a political view?

The most expensive eggs in the store are not house brand. The most expensive are name brands and they are running over $7 to $9 for the same quantity. IDGAF, I will buy the food that my family needs. We planned well for our retirement. My concern is for the people who are working that are being taken to the cleaners by their elected officials who mandate cage free eggs. Politicians need to quit making ridiculous new laws and just enforce the logical laws we already have.

The only cage free egg mandates that I have seen have come from solid blue, progressive legislatures in CA and WA. Please link to a republican state or congress that has mandated eggs from uncaged chickens.

In 2020 the US treasury dumped over $10 trillion newly minted dollars into a locked down economy. This new money means higher demand while the lockdowns meant lower supply. That this caused huge inflation is not a mystery to anyone who understands the most basic of economics. Keep in mind that our politicians knew this would happen but did it anyway.
