TWO hours are unexplained as he wandered around DC at night presumably. Lets go detectives:

if he was killed, who would benefit for having him killed when he was....certainly NOT Clinton...it would just make clinton haters do what they are doing now...point the finger at Clinton...

so if he was killed, then he was killed by Clinton enemies, to make it appear badly for the clintons...

"Seth Conrad Rich, 27, was shot multiple times on the 2100 block of Flagler Place NW, located in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of D.C., NBC Washington reported. Rich was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead."
