Oh How I HATE The Wealthy.

Michael Moore is a fraud. Much of what he does is one way. His way. The prog way. He takes no blame for anything. Obama care is an example. There are people who got screwed over, paying the premium increases for it. Not a word. He shamed and smeared people like Charlton Heston. Heston blazed a trail in his own way for the likes of him. He destroyed the CEO of GM about Detroit and their decline with automobiles while given no blame to the autoworkers who bled it dry. We could not compete with the Japanese who made a better product. You complain about tariffs, but we had limits on foreign cars to about 10% of sales at one time. People griped. The oil shocks showed us what we became. More slovenly. The smaller vehicles we made were jokes compared to the Japanese models. most likely we could have made those vehicles more competitive if we paid a couple of thousand dollars more for each comparable vehicle. Just like Progs spewing tariffs, right. The auto workers left all of those once rich areas. And helped to turn them into ghettos. Moore said nothing about that. It's a two-way street many times.

I don't agree with absolutely everything in the Michael Moore documentaries. Just the vast majority of them. Of which, "The Corporation" wasn't one of. Next, don't dare blame auto workers. And unions are GOOD! You know what the whole problem is? We just can't compete with the cheap labor from other countries. The only way we can is with SOCIALISM! Our government needs to create jobs, as in industry, directly. If we did so, no for profit company could ever hope to compete. Now personally, I think that FDR was a complete asshole for getting us involved in WWII. But what he had to say about a second Bill Of Rights was right on the money. See what he had to say for yourself.

Obviously you did not read or comprehend your links. Your links prove that I am not lying.

While your sources are horribly biased against Trump, they are correct that after the Trump's tax cuts and jobs act took effect and stimulated the economy the poverty rate plummeted to a record low.

Not only that, unemployment went to it's lowest level since Nixon emancipated the slaves.

Millions were lifted out of poverty because Trump's astute leadership.

And isn't that what politics is all about? The wealthy are filthy parasites. One and ALL! They don't contribute to society. They feed off it! This video clip speaks about one way in which that is done.

Here is another relevant video on the matter.

John Stewart - 100FREE Best Video Sharing

I have one more pertinent video for you. Through parody, it shows how the wealthy think. When Mel Brooks says that he loves his people, switch that in your mind to a wealthy person like Trump saying that he supports America. The video basically shows what the outcome is.

Also, given Trump's attacks on the poor, he apparently doesn't like welfare of any sort. But somehow, corporate welfare is ok. The filthy scum.

Using just one example, you claim that Walmart has received $6.2 billion in corporate welfare

Can you document that?

Can any lib posting here document that?

Of course they cant

The wealthy are filthy parasites. One and ALL! They don't contribute to society. Is that so? How many poor people offer jobs to other people? How much do poor people contribute to society (forget criminal activity). And how much does the federal government (taxpayers actually) give to the poor annually? The federal government spends over $1 trillion annually on social welfare programs that assist low-income individuals and families. This includes programs like SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), Medicaid, and various housing assistance programs.
That $1 trillion plus annually comes from taxes the working class pays. We fund those that have failed to obtain an education or skill that will enable them to gain a substantial livelihood. so you can hate until sundown but the bottom line is that if someone doesn't obtain an education of some sort it isn't anyone's fault but theirs. Don't tell us that you were raised poor and your family couldn't afford to send you to trade school or college, You could have joined the military and they would have given you an education. Many have done that and become productive citizens. There are many other means to obtain a trade-Vo-Tech is at no cost to many dependent upon their income, plumbing, electrician, home builder heating and air conditioning-all trades that pay very well. But its easier to sit in your easy chair criticizing the very people that hire those of us that work and pay for subsidies such as utilities, housing, earned income credit etc.
Do away with the "parasites" that are wealthy and you'll find none of use will have a job and no one will receive monetary benefits since there won't be anyone working and paying taxes. We'll all be poor and that's the communist way.

In this thread you’re failing to recognize the enormous difference between the super rich and the wealthy. The super duper rich are a tiny segment of the wealthy class, but they control to world. They are a nefarious force.

You may be familiar with Carrol Quigley. He wrote extensively about them long ago.

In Quigley’s work we discover that national constitutions are routinely undermined by the leaders who are elected to defend them. We learn that “all social instruments tend to become institutions,” regardless of their benevolent origin, and, from that point forward, the institution is run for the benefit of those who control it (at the expense of its original purpose).1

Perhaps most unsettling, Quigley reveals that real power operates behind the scenes, in secrecy, and with little to fear from so-called democratic elections. He proves that conspiracies, secret societies, and small, powerful networks of individuals are not only real; they’re extremely effective at creating or destroying entire nations and shaping the world
as a whole. We learn that “representative government” is, at best, a carefully managed con game.
Since these disturbing truths contradict nearly everything our government, education system, and media have taught us to believe, many will immediately dismiss them as nonsense. “Only wild-eyed conspiracy theorists believe such things,” they will say. However, there is one big problem: Carroll Quigley was no wild-eyed conspiracy theorist. Quite the contrary, Quigley was a prominent historian who specialized in studying the evolution of civilizations as well as secret societies.

Quigley informs us that this wealthy “Anglophile network” cooperates with any group that can help it achieve its goal.6 (This includes Communists, which, on the surface, would seem to be the sworn enemy of super-wealthy capitalist conspirators.) He chronicles how the Network formed in the late 1800s in England and immediately began creating front groups. By 1919, it had formed the Royal Institute of International Affairs (also known as Chatham House), and it went on to create other extremely powerful institutes within “the chief British dominions and in the United States.”7 Hiding behind these front groups, the Network began secretly exercising its power.
In the United States the main institute was named the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which Quigley described as “a front for J. P. Morgan and company.”8 Before long, the Network expanded its operations; spreading like cancer into our universities, media, and especially government “foreign policy.”

And there are more scholarships available for those willing to study hard and work for it than many people realize.

Fidelity Investments indicate that 88% of millionaires are self-made.

I admit to being one of them.

My father and mother never got beyond eighth grade. He was a welder, and she was a garment worker in St. Louis, by virtue of walking to the bus stop, summer and winter, catching the bus from Illinois, crossing the river, getting a transfer, and catching a second bus. My wife and I took her to Europe, Hawaii and a Caribbean Cruise, which she never could have afforded herself. We also took my in-laws, my wife's five younger sisters in their thirties and forties, and my older siblings and spouses. It is more blessed to give than to receive.

People who want something for nothing blame "the system" for their own failure and laziness.

Let me guess. When you were a child you used to walk 3 miles to school in snow that was up to your knees. And it was uphill both ways! Blow it out your ass. Tell me how you became a self made millionaire. I want to know what workers you had to screw over to do it. Or what damage you did to the environment in doing so.

It just helps loons with their endless crying to lie that almost all millionaires inherited it and did nothing. Lib loons do nothing so they presume no one does and it quells their misery to rant at the happy, productive and wealthy. I was so poor as a child that a quarter was a Godsend . I committed myself to being wealthy and did so and believe it or not crybabies it was not at the expense nor over the broken bones of others. It was by providing product and service

I smell bullshit. Money doesn't grow on trees. What was your product. What was your service.

Didn’t you start this whine fest with the declaration that you HATE all the wealthy?

Are you now excluding the wealthy who hate other wealthy?

Avoid confusion and supply Venn Diagrams next time.

How wealthy is Michael Moore. And if he became wealthy, could he have become wealthier? Sure. All it takes is some investment in companies that engage in wage slavery in other countries. Or companies that destroy the environment. Did he do either of those? I doubt it.

I would tell you how I became a self made millionaire but you would just stick your fingers in your ears and say LALALALALALALA YOU'RE LYING!!!! :lalala:

They don't give to society 🤔

So who creates the jobs, the poor? Tell me the last time a homeless guy hired you?

Look at post #178. I am also reminded of that TV show "Dirty Jobs." The guy who did the show, Mike Rowe. He would start the show speaking about the people who did the dirty jobs. Which makes civilized life possible for the rest of us. Next, it takes money to make money. Poor people don't have that. Also, since 1978, CEO pay has gone up by 1'085%. But the pay of the typical worker has only gone up by 24%. Bitch about the poor some more you piece of shit.
