about 1 million people that DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE have signed up for obamacare insurance on the exchanges. the vast majority are people who LOST THE INSURANCE THEY HAD BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE; OR MEDICAID SIGN-UPS.
