-Republicans were “infuriated” this week when Barack Obama quipped, “You can put lipstick on a pig, and it's still a pig." McCain and his supporters claimed it was an attack on Sarah Palin and within hours ran a TV ad with the Obama quote preceded by a frame reading, "Barack Obama on Sarah Palin."
I suppose Obama should now run a spot railing against insinuations of infidelity--since the McCain ad claims that Obama was “on” Sarah Palin.
