Jack Kemp was head of one of the largest unconstitutional federal agencies. He was Secretary of Housing and Urban Development which carried out socialist policies and redistributed wealth. I'm sure Obama would have loved Jack Kemp.

If the Republican Party leadership wanted to empower hard working people living in our nation's inner cities, they would work to end the thieving tax on their earned wages which is used to keep them poor and dependent upon the federal government for their subsistence. The very nature of a taxing system which taxes profits, gains, salaries, tips, wages, etc, is to create an iron fist around the necks of a nation's productive citizens, and redistribute what they have earned to a dependent class which is then bribed for their vote which keeps the tyrannical government in power.
