Where is 'corrupt influencing of an election' in the USC? What does that even mean? Or like the recent favorable polling for Trump, is it something you just made up?

Also, I'm not sure how that works. Obama's only direct role in any of this was his order for a full review of the ICA on Demember 6th 2016, with the ICA review completed weeks later.
