He's taking severe political damage, with significant portions of his own base turning on him, his hold on the house slipping with Republicans breaking ranks to vote with Democrats to release what Trump suppresses, with Trump now more underwater on favorability than any president in US polling history save himself in term 1.....

........meaning that whatever is in the Epstein files would cause more damage to Trump than that.
