NYC Judge Orders Election Officials to Count Thousands of Mail-in Ballots Previously Declared Invalid For Not Having Postmarks

No way can we allow this mail in only joke to select the leader of the free world....no ******* way....

You realize that the military does mail-in voting. Are you going to disenfranchise those in uniform?
Back in the day it was too damned hard to get it in the South China Sea........so we didn't vote as often as people like you say we do .......or back then.............No mail boxes in the middle of the ocean....

If they do NOT have a valid post stamp or it is after the official close of voting THEN yes their vote does NOT COUNT, that is the LAW.
They also give the post office 14 days to deliver their mail back to the election board.

if the mean old covid bug scares someone, stay home.

If you insist on in person voting, then states would have to open up additional voting places in order to accommodate social distancing, and indoor maximums.

And of course that also entails who will pay for doubling or tripling the number of polling places. Vs the cost of postage for a mail-in ballot.
Take a few extra days to do it.

They can go protest, they can go vote.

Simply no untested voting systems to be used. Period.

Are you talking early/extended voting. That would take a change in state law. And again, it incurs additional costs.

And this judge just changed the election laws. This is how the left will try to steal the election.

You need a better source.
  • Overall, we rate The Gateway Pundit Questionable based on extreme right wing bias, promotion of conspiracies and numerous instances of publishing false (fake) news.
If you payed attention to the article you will have noticed Gateway Pundit used the New York Post as their source.

But it takes no change in law to allow, mail in voting?
