I predict that Mueller will seek to interview or indict Trump just as the Nunes memo is released.

Trump may be compelled to appear before the Grand jury, but there will be limits on what he can be asked in terms of scope and time. Further, while Trump is free to agree to answer any questions involving criminality, he cannot be compelled to answer why he did legal things. There is no legal obligation to see inside the thoughts of a President. Firing Comey and Flynn were wholly within the purview of his authority under Article 2, and Mueller may not compel him to explain why he did those things.
