Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) — fall into this category. Collectively, they owe between $180,004 and $400,000 in student loans, the records show.Rep. Ocasio-Cortez had a balance of between $15,001 and $50,000 in federal student loans as of 2020, according to her most recent personal financial disclosure. Despite her $174,000 annual salary, the economics major hasn’t paid off her balance, despite a zero percent interest rate and no payments due since March 2020.
The hypocrisy flows like molasses. Trump benefitted personally from his time in Washington as he cashed in every time he went on vacation. He used his properties for campaign headquarters which allowed him to skim more money off which he pocketed. Rand Paul is not a good public servant nor is Green.
Alexander Hamilton wrote in the Federalist 57 that "The aim of every political Constitution is or ought to be first to obtain for rulers, men who possess most wisdom to discern, and most virtue to pursue the common good of the society;". No Republican can be considered virtuous as they have fought against the common good. They recently supported not raising the debt limit which would have plunged this country into a financial crisis that would have hurt Americans.

I live in a golf course community...when I go to my house I'm not always playing golf...I'm just going to my house! It's no different with Trump. The Main Stream Media knew that. They chose to make it a "thing" because they hated Trump and thought it would make him look bad. They don't say word about Biden going back to Delaware almost every weekend because they DON'T want to make HIM look bad! Talk about a cynical joke!

Yes, lets make sure and expend taxes on those that are the MOST likely to be in the top 10% of the income earners.
The very idea that collage graduates need help is asinine - they are the absolute best positioned to excel in life. If you cannot pay your student debt that says something about the VALUE of the diploma you got, namely that they are utterly worthless and fewer people should be pursuing them. Another thing that student debt forgiveness simply covers up.

I would submit that anyone who graduated college and still can't make much money probably shouldn't have gone to college in the first place.

By all means...call him on it when he's actually playing golf! I've got no problem at all with that. What I object to is the Main Stream Media misleading the public by labeling every visit that Trump made to one of his residences that happened to be at a golf resort as him playing golf. It's like claiming every time Joe Biden goes to his house on the Delaware Shore that he spent another day at the beach! It was dishonest.

Meh. I really did not pay attention to the media's hair on fire treatment of golfing so I cannot speak to how much of it was falsified. To be quite frank, he could have golfed every single day and I would not care. Same with Obama.
Just do not expect the media not to take their really, really, really low hanging fruit here. Trump brought that particular criticism on himself no matter how much of it was over exaggerated nonsense.
