We desperately do, but the chances of it happening are nil. The two ends of the spectrum love the fight and will keep anyone else out of it. Those of us who would rather see the parties working together and innovating have been fully marginalized in politics. It's party over country now, and we're seeing the predictable result.

I'm not sure how we could do that. But I agree in the ideal America, the Democratic Party would be forced to disband and cease to exist as a Party. A new Party or two would take it's place. But the big money Democrats would never allow it.

I like that idea. The 35% who are insane radical leftists could be one party, the 15% who are normal Democrats could be another party, and the 50% who are Republicans would remain one solid party.

People who demand a 3rd party are usually democrats who can't support the democrat party agenda (whatever that is) but are so afflicted with TDS that they cannot support the agenda of the United States under president Trump.
