Now Rudy Spills The Beans

Nope.

We have all seen what happens to people who defend Trump. Lawsuits, slander, indictments, yada, yada, yada. Only a fool would testify before this Stalinist courtroom
 Again as always, you nailed it and checkmated the troll.

Then he bungled the ONE real crisis in his presidency....the Covid-19 outbreak and pandemic.
His bungled response wound up wrecking our economy and killing a lot of people.
Trump handled the covid crisis perfectly. He knew if he spent time warning people about the disease then investors would panic and the market would crash.

Most Americans don't give a flying flip about DOW and NASDQ numbers.

What they DO care about though is the effed up state of our current economy which is the direct result of Trump's disastrous trade policies and bungled Covid-19 response.

No, Trump did not respond perfectly.
You should read the book "I Aline Can Fix It if you want to know what he was really doing when Covid landed.

On himself!

That guy Rudy admitted he asked for a pardon.
What a self incriminating thing to say.

"The January 6 Witch Hunt Cabal has now exceeded even its prior fraudulent," he said. "The last witness was a reckless liar. Contrary to her false testimony she was never present when I asked for a pardon."

Rudy is just THAT stupid!!!

Trump's job isn't to prevent the market from crashing, Trump's job is to SAVE AMERICAN LIVES.

The only lives Republicans care about saving are the lives of the unborn. The rest of the people can't expect the government to put their lives ahead of money.

Well ideally in a court of law there would be cross-examination, defense witnesses, you know, things like that.
Not "ideally," they would be there period.

In these hearings though the testimony is uncontested mainly because any "friendly" witnesses Trump might have are either outright defying subpoenas issued by the committee for testimony or they are appearing and pleading the fifth.
There can be no "friendly" witnesses when the prosecution is only asking the questions with no cross-exam allowed. The J6 hearings aren't even good for the DOJ to decide whether to prosecute or not because the committee is deliberately giving a highly biased and one-sided view rather than a complete picture.

Any logical person must conclude that they (and Trump) are guilty as hell and now they are engaged in a weak cover-up attempt.
Of WHAT?!

The government's job is to protect Americans from predators, not to save lives from mother nature.

Can you blame ANYONE for asking for one? They saw what they did to Trump for four years and had to suspect they would search for something, legitimate or not, to pursue his allies post-election.

If you're asking for a pardon, it's because you KNOW you've done illegal shit. And you're being pardoned for specific crime. There's no such thing as a blanket pardon - you must admit your crimes to accept one

No, that's wrong. With our current two-tier legal system, it's just protecting yourself from witch hunts.

I love the way you pretend that under Biden our justice system actually dispenses justice.

This isn't a "trial", it's a fact finding hearing. There is no "prosecution", there are Committee Members, reviewing written and documentary evidence, and asking questions based on what they learn. There is no "cross examination" in a fact finding hearing, because there's no "alternative narrative" being sold, there is simply the evidence and testimony.

A pardon isn't a "Get out of jail free" card, in case you land on the wrong square, FingerBoi. A pardon relates to a specific crime, which you must admit to in accepting the pardon.

it's a fact finding hearing.

It's not even that with:
  1. Tampered/altered evidence.
  2. Prejudiced committee members.
  3. Committee members who have a conflict of interest in that they were personally involved in what they are investigating.
  4. Witnesses who lie.
  5. And selective omission of all the things/anything which might harm their case.

Trump and his associates were saving America from socialists. If they broke a few laws along the way, I don't give a crap.

If you ask for a pardon you did something illegal and should be charged.

Wrong.
If the Gestapo barges in asking where the Jews are hiding, you have the moral right to lie and should not be charged.
There are many reasons why you could ask for a pardon even though you did nothing wrong.
But the 5th amendment also says you have a right to lie.
You can't just refuse to answer on the grounds it might tend to incriminate you, because pleading the 5th WOULD tend to incriminate you, and you have a right to not do that. So then lying is the only legal alternative.

You MAGAT Trumptard snowflakes sure do like to WHINE about being picked on...don't you?

There is no "persecution."

Trump accepted and welcomed Russian interference in the 2016 election at a time when U.S. intelligence was aware that Russia was meddling to influence the outcome in Trump's favor AND the Trump campaign was lying in public about having no contact with Russia.
It is all in The Mueller Report.
He was (rightly) investigated for that.

Then he tried to leverage U.S. foreign policy (in Ukraine) in an attempted blackmail scheme on a foreign leader trying to slander the son of a political opponent.
For that he was (justly) impeached but acquitted in the Senate by his Republican lapdogs.

Then he bungled the ONE real crisis in his presidency....the Covid-19 outbreak and pandemic.
His bungled response wound up wrecking our economy and killing a lot of people.

Then, after getting TROUNCED in the 2020 election he launched a war on our democracy and did everything he could to prevent the peaceful transfer of power including ordering a mob of his cultists to attack the U.S. Congress and kill the Vice-President.
For that he was impeached a second time making him the only President in U.S. history to be impeached TWICE.
However, once again he was acquitted in The Senateby his allies, many of which, it would turn out, were actual accomplices in his attempted coup.

So anyway yeah.....Trump was (and is) a complete train wreck!
But that's not because he is "persecuted."
It's just because he sucks.

Wrong.
There is nothing remotely illegal about communicating with Russia.
The fact it could be used in order to make Trump look like a Russian stooge IS a valid reason to lie about it to the FBI, since it was clear the FBI was compromised and would not keep things private.
The only way communicating with Russia would be remotely bad or illegal would be if they were funding the campaign with undisclosed contributions.
And that was NOT the case, so the who investigation into Trump and Russia was totally and completely illegal.
The Steele Dossier was fake and criminal in itself.

Adn the 2nd impeachment was also obviously illegal. We all heard what Trump asked Zelensky, which was simply to look into the Burisma Holdings dealings, to make sure they were legal.
That is exactly what a president is supposed to do.

As far as covid, Trump was the only one who got it right.
Full quarantine is an option for all epidemics, but clearly it was Fauci who decided against full quarantine right from the start. And in which case THEN you do NOT want to "flatten the curve" at all, in any way. That is because the ONLY other strategy is to achieve herd immunity as quickly as possible. If you instead "flatten the curve", you conserve easy hosts, prevent herd immunity, and make the epidemic last FOREVER! You should never do that, and the fault was with Fauci alone.
