If the jobs/factories don't return the only jobs in the United States will be burger flipper which doesn't require an education or much skill. Since that doesn't pay much that means the factories in other countries will have to find a new market to sell the products they're making (<<<not likely) because not many people here will be able to afford them. So I figure those foreign factories will close down also because the governments in the countries they're in refuse to pay their workers enough to even think about purchasing the product they're producing.

I saw this coming when the free trade acts were instituted.

If those countries had held to the deal and instituted education for all and no child labor we would not be quite so bad off now because their labor costs would have increased in those countries and it would not have been cost effective to ship it from there to the United States... But they didn't and no one in power was willing to enforce those rules.

Oh, but there are exceptions. You don't have to follow those requirements if:

You lived in the Iberian Peninsula. Spain, Portugal, France, Andorra and Gibraltar. Can we allow people to skip the requirements if they came from Australia, UK, and Canada? Or is that arbitrary?

And you can also skip the requirments if you lived anywhere in South America..... well except for French Guiana, Guyana and Suriname. Can we allow people to skip the requirements unless they are from Mexico, Ecuador and Argentina? Or is that 'arbitrary'?

The fact is, setting the standards and requirements for who we allow into our country, is just as much a right of the country, as it is a right of you, to determine who gets in your car, or comes into your house.

Really? Because I've looked at the numbers, and Mexico rounds up and deports 50,000 to 70,000 illegal immigrants every single year going back to the 2000s.

The reason that Mexico doesn't not need to round up millions for deportation, is because their laws are tough, and enforced, and they simply don't have millions of illegals to deal with.

If you are caught in Mexico illegal, you have an automatic 3 year prison sentence, and are deported. If you are caught in Mexico illegally AFTER being deported, TEN YEARS... prison.

Oh and by the way, all law enforcement is required by law to check citizenship of everyone they stop, and they are required to turn them over to immigration officials if they are not legal citizens. This goes all the way down to parking ticket cops, up to the Federal police force, and even includes the military operating in domestic areas, are also required to check citizenship, and turn over illegals to immigration authorities.

In fact, the immigration law allows Mexican citizens to place people under citizens arrest and turn them into immigration authorities.
