Not surprisingly, Obama nailed it.

Because for 35 years while he called the shots, in which Iran was weeks or months away from building a nuclear weapon he never let them build one

They wasted an awful lot of money on something he didn't want them to build.

Like we've spent untold TRILLIONS of dollars building nuclear weapons we don't want to use? Addendum - $11.9 Trillion dollars.

How did those inspections on military sites go?
Did the military sites have buildings bigger than several football fields, big enough to house centrifuges?

Did the military sites have Gigawatt power feeds, to run centrifuges?

Unleashing a wave of terror attacks around the world for nearly 40 years.
Recall that the US and our allied sold Iraq conventional weapons, duel use technology, and precursor material to make chemical weapons that were used on Iranians as well as Iraqi Kurds. The Halabja massacre remains the largest chemical weapons attack directed against a civilian population in human history. Also don't forget Raygun's deal that sold Iran Missiles in the Iran/Contra scandal. We've been poking that hornets nest since the Theocrats took over. The expectation was that they would come back to the US fold to purchase spare parts for their US military hardware. But Vietnam had a supply of US weapons that they were more than willing to sell to the New Iranian regime.

I'm just pointing out that clandestine sites are like backyard smelting.
Small and requiring years to make what an IAEA monitored site could do in weeks.

War between Iraq and Iran is the same thing as Iranian terror attacks against civilians?

That's a lot of info for the R's here to shove down the memory hole but they have a limitless capacity to do so.

Didn't 2003 teach you a lesson.
Iraq had no nukes, no WMD's, and no ties to 9-11.
It taught me to never completely trust government (which I knew already).
It didn't teach me, however, to NEVER trust government. And it sure as hell didn't teach me to ignore one of the most fascist, nasty, brutal, aggressive, dangerous counties on Earth.
