In some cases, like Apportionment, the Constitution doesn't differentiate between Citizen and non citizen.
But it seems pretty clear that the 14th, which is used by our High Priests (which is why they wear robes, doncha know) to demand 'Dew Percess' makes it clear that it applies to Citizens only.
In the Constituional process, when amendments conflict, the latest one takes precendence, AFAIK. And the 14th came several decades after the 5th. It seems to make clear that 'Dew Process' applies to Citizens only. Not sure I agree with it. What about Sons and Daughters, families of diplomats? Foreign Sailors? Foreign Visitors?? While I absolutely agree with the sentiment--as recent cases of squatters on private property in CA have shown, there are times that law enforcement will take the "possession is 9/10 of the law" approach. These are crazy times we are living in.

US jurisdiction does not change the fact that it is on foreign soil. SMH. You stated a "foreign gulag" Using your logic, US servicemen, fighting in Vietnam were not fighting in a foreign land. Delldude, so far as I know, is not a member of Homeland Security or any other federal law enforcement group. He is as dependent on credible media reports and published/broadcast information as the rest of us are to know what is happening in these things. The people who are in law enforcement have numerous means to determine the identity and status of the people they arrest.

Using VERIFIABLE information, discredit the methods utilized by federal law enforcement if you can.

Otherwise just admit you are now trolling and have nothing.
