They could not have anticipated that a “person born” here would originate from a woman illegally here. Since such a situation was non existent at the time of the writing then no protection is afforded

In some cases, like Apportionment, the Constitution doesn't differentiate between Citizen and non citizen.

But it seems pretty clear that the 14th, which is used by our High Priests (which is why they wear robes, doncha know) to demand 'Dew Percess' makes it clear that it applies to Citizens only.

In the Constituional process, when amenments conflict, the latest one takes precendence, AFAIK. And the 14th came several decades after the 5th.

It seems to make clear that 'Dew Process' applies to Citizens only. Not sure I agree with it. What about Sons and Daughters, families of diplomats? Foreign Sailors? Foreign Visitors??
