No due process for illegals???

Not at all. Trump’s actions are illegal.
The term "due process" as written in the 5th amendment and repeated in the 14th amendment applies to US citizens. And as I have posted in another thread on the subject, due process has even been waived FOR US CITIZENS as in the case for Japanese Americans in WWII who were clearly deprived of Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. Illegal aliens may or may not be deported on a case by case basis if they can't produce official proof of citizenship.

You’re not deporting them. You’re illegally trafficking them to a gulag in El Salvador.

Illegal aliens get due process in this country all the time. They are arrested. Mirandized. Given trials by juries. Sentenced. All consistent with the constitution.

You’re obviously full of shit.

Not according to the A&E Act, nor expidited deportations already codified.

You miss this about your MS13 fanboy:

If people expect that folks like Kilmar Abrego Garcia, if returned to the U.S., will be entitled to a televised jury trial and a court-appointed defense team, then they will be similarly disappointed. There is no express statutory right to counsel under the AEA. There is no statutory right to a hearing under the AEA.

Heard something last night where Justice Kagan had said these justices can't thwart the presidents actions to run out the clock.
Pretty sure it was Ingraham.
Yes. Ingraham has had a lot to say on this and also others say that the courts cannot be allowed to assume the role of the State Department or Homeland Security or whatever. Mark Levin has cited case law, precedent and everything else blasting these rogue activist judges but unfortunately as he is only on weekends, I suspect his audience is pretty small.

Libs Love the house break in analogy so let’s play their game
Someone breaks into my house and is still in there when police arrive. There is No Trial . He is removed.

During the Obama administration, the requirement for due process for ~75% of deportees was satisfied through a review by a DHS or ICE agent, who acted as both judge and jury.
No judge, no witnesses, no attorney, no appeal.
Most of these deportees were rounded up within 100 miles of the border and deported regardless of they were criminals or not.

Liberals like Lesh , who fully approve of the deportation means and methods of the Obama administration, would scream bloody murder if this happened under the Trump administration.

Levin is on daily on AM 6-9pm.

Nope. If Trump were to do what Obama did I would not complain.

He’s not

Then you agree:
  • You disagree with the current line from the left, that every deportee needs to see a judge
  • You believe Trump does NOT need to put every deportee in front of a judge before he can deport them;
  • You believe in the vast majority of cases, a DHS or ICE official can make the deportation determination.
Good to know.

Nowhere does the Constitution limit due process to citizens only

Nowhere

Yes. But unfortunately not a lot of people are listening to the radio during that time period. He may reach more people on his radio show than on his television shows though.

I do believe he is one of the most brilliant legal minds and is one of the most accurate constitutional scholars that is out there.

How fucking dense are you? I do NOT agree.

Trump’s deportation policy and that of Obama are night and day different

But go ahead

Lie again

It’s what you do

As you approved of the means and methods under the Obama administration - you do.

Disagree?
Obama deported people regardless if they were criminals or not - why can't Trump?
Obama did not need to put every deportee before a judge - why does Trump?
Obama deported people with nothing but a review by a DHS or ICE agent - why can't Trump?
Obama deported people w/o witnesses, attorneys, or appeals - why can't Trump?

C'mon. Lie to us some more.
Its all you do.

Nope. There are only two steps:
Step-1 get a hearing date
Step-2 get deported

Those are the only steps for "Remain in Mexico".

Step 3 -- Get dimocrap scum Judge to reverse the deportation order. Which is contrarty to the US Constitution. Like dimocrap scum care about that. To dimocrap scum, it's a "Living Document" anyway. Whatever that means :dunno:
