NFL Free Agency 2024

my2¢ Something that is flabbergasting is I can’t believe nobody here has brought up the biggest free agent splash signing so far,Hollywood brown from your Arizona football team to the chiefs, this almost assures them of threepeat ing this year after retaining both Chris jones and drew tranquil.with burrows back next year, they might de thrown them because they had some splash free agent signings as well, they upgraded burrows blindside in the offensive line,he had no offensive line this past season which is why he got hurt.can’t believe you did not mention brown Fiero425
I watch our local Cardinals but don't see other teams that much and so much like the NFL draft a lot of these folks are just names to me. It is interesting though to see how teams handle the off-season. I like that there is a period between the end of the season in free agency. Baseball should take a lesson.

Cousins isn't old? He'll be 36 when the season starts. He needed that ring now. Not everyone can play until 45 like Brady did.
Actually not true anymore,if you look around because quarterbacks play with skirts on now it’s starting to be commonplace fir quarterbacks to retire in their early to mid 40’s now, rotheselesberger retired at 42 ,brees I think was 41,and Rodgers will be 41 next year as well.

IF. That's a huge IF. Barkley is often injured. That said Swift was a 1000 yd rusher last year and had almost 300 receiving yards. Have you actually looked at Barkley's best year? Barkley and Swift have basically the same stats. Swift is just more durable and cheaper. And again, the Eagles problem last year wasn't an inability to rush the ball it was an inability to defend the pass. What's more important in the current NFL? Barkley is a nice piece but he's a luxury the Eagles didn't need nor they could afford.
How do you feel now that the Eagles have a great record and he's close to breaking a record?

Yeah that take aged like fish didnt it?

When a NBA team makes a trade for a guy with a bad rep or who's probably over the hill or injury prone and my dad asks why they would take him, I remind him that the team may not have any other better options. So do you take a chance and trade for James Harden and hope he won't flake out on you or do you just continue to suck without him? There's no one else available.

I don't understand why Dallas paid Dak Prescott. He's never gonna win shit. They should have cut him loose instead they signed him. For choking in the playoffs every year. In his prime years.

And it's not like he's Josh Allen. Who also chokes in the playoffs. I have a feeling Josh could prove me wrong one day. Dak? Never.
