My view- healthcare as well as all entitlements should be a states issue. It should be designed, administered and paid for by the individual state governments. There is no economy of scale in collecting billions of dollars in taxes, sending it all to DC where it immediately shrinks under the enormous bureaucracy. Let states handle it, and the tax payers can express their satisfaction with their individual vote.
