As you can see the German Shepard (we all know the history of Germans) wasnt cooperating and disobeying a cops lawful order. Cop said he was scared for his life and the vic had what looked like a gun. The German Shepard said he didnt have anything in his hands and lack an opposable thumbs.

We spoke to another dog who knows the victim that said he is no angle. Once even refusing to share his chew toy. Maybe the vic should listen to the cop next time. More later on Fox and Friends
