A gunman accused of killing a Queens boy at a family barbecue was arrested and charged Tuesday with the murder of young Justin Wallace on the day he would have celebrated his 11th birthday.
Jovan Young, 29, was collared for the Saturday night shooting on Beach 45th St. near Beach Channel Drive in the Edgemere section of the Rockaways, where little Justin and his 29-year-old cousin were hit. Justin was rushed to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he died.

Surveillance video shows the shooter pulling up to the home in a dark SUV before getting out and firing eight rounds into the house in what sources said may have been part of a long-running dispute over a shared driveway with next-door neighbors.
Young lived about a half-mile away from the scene , according to cops.
