New trump admin setting itself up to be national security threat from the get go.

Most everyone hascan advantage over you in that your cutting and pasting from leftist tabloids leaves you at a disadvantage.

When will open your next TDS addled thread where you you launch into less than entertaining conspiracy theories?
he's got quite the count going on TDS threads. I'm amazed MODs haven't reigned him in yet.

LOL, “legitimately removed”….by violence. Then, after the fact, they had a mock “impeachment” charge. The actual impeachment charge failed because they lacked the votes.

Wow, talk about rewriting history.

The violence was the Putin-Stooge President ordering his troops to shoot demonstrators. At that point, the entire Rada voted to remove them.

We don't know that for sure. Thune has said he is open to recess appointments. In any event, trump is demanding no confirmation hearings take place. And he has refused to sign the ethics pledge allowing for lower level appointees to be vetted by the FBI.

Once President Trump cleans up the corrupt FBI, I'm sure he'll be able to give them more responsibilities.

But right now, the corruption in that agency is a bit too much, and Tulsi Gabbard is charged with cleaning up the mess.

Trump's problem with Wray and the FBI is similar to Stalin's problems with Yezhov in the late 1930's.

Feel free to refute anything in the article, absent the usual bullshit.

"according to people familiar"

Brian Hughes, a transition spokesman, said in an email that the president-elect might yet adopt some more traditional measures

The holdup, according to people close to the process, is the conflict of interest provision for Trump.

It was an insurrection to remove him via violence. After he fled the country, then they voted to remove him.

I guess you think he was supposed to stick around and let himself get murdered.

I noticed you didn’t refute the fact that Zelensky has remained in office past his term. So agree he is a dictator.

Then John Kerry and Victoria Nuland showed up to inform the new Ukrainian government who was allowed to run for President…..because that’s how democracy works…the US State Department tells you who is allowed to be your own President.

You boot lickers really are something else. You have to rewrite history and pretend it is a legitimate “democracy”. Now Zelensky is a literal dictator who banned opposition political parties and media, canceled elections, and stayed in office after his term was up.

“DeMoCrAcY” lol :spinner:
I love how demofks don't have a clue about Ukraine and the interference of the US government into why we're where we are today.

I remember back in 2022, when folks changed their profile pictures to stand by Ukraine by using their flag as their profile picture. Once they knew what was really going on, they quickly took their flag off their profiles.

It was a trend that quickly evaporated the following year.

Yup, and pointing out actual history is immediately countered with “you’re a Russian stooge”.

Nope, the constitution allows continuation of his term in wartime.

Trump ignores transition rules. It’s a ‘hostile takeover,’ ally says.

Since his victory, Trump has ignored many of the rules and practices intended to guide a seamless transfer of power and handover of the oversight of 2.2 million federal employees. Instead, the president-elect, who has pledged to fire thousands of civil servants and slash billions of dollars in spending, has so far almost fully cut out the government agencies his predecessors have relied on to take charge of the federal government.

Trump has yet to collaborate with the General Services Administration, which is tasked with the complex work of handing over control of hundreds of agencies, because he has not turned in required pledges to follow ethics rules. His transition teams have yet to set foot inside a single federal office.

In calls with foreign heads of state, Trump has cut out the State Department, its secure lines and its official interpreters.

As his team considers hundreds of potential appointees for key jobs, he’s so far declined to let the Federal Bureau of Investigation check for potential red flags and security threats to guard against espionage — instead relying on private campaign lawyers for some appointees and doing no vetting at all for others. Trump’s transition team is considering moving on his first day in office to give those appointees blanket security clearances, according to people familiar with the discussions who spoke on the condition of anonymity to disclose private conversations.

trumples would be melting down if a Dem did this. As he demanded with cabinet nominees not being vetted by the Senate, he wants all members of his admin to escape any review by handing them security clearances.

For those of you who dismissed what some of us had warned about, namely, trump's inclination to run the government like an autocrat, it's happening. Hate to say it, but we told you so.
Have you seen what Biden has done to the country and the world? He got out of Afghanistan badly, allowing terrorists to take over a democratically elected government, let Putin invade Ukraine, and let Hamas attack Israel and gotten us closer to a nuclear WWIII than we have ever been.

It's awesome I say.

Wrong.

Wrong. Not reducing numbers of interior illegal aliens already living in th US (if that is even factual), due to non-cooperation of sanctuary city politicians, is not the same as security at the border.
Trump did many things to secure the border >>>

Which brings us to the present day, or better yet, Jan. 21, 2025 when >>>
